Shifts: 3×12 Days, Nights & Rotating

Compensation
• Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,953 week
• Taxable Pay: Approximately $1,224/week ($34/hour)
• Housing & Meal Stipend: Approximately $1,729/week
• Estimated Blended Rate: Approximately $82.0/hour
• Final compensation packages are negotiable based on experience, certifications, travel eligibility, and local status.

Job Details:Job Title: Registered Nurse -Stepdown Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,969/week

• Assignment as a Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse in Cleveland, OH.
• Primary assignment is for winter coverage.
• May float to other units to care for the same patient population.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and floating requirements.
• ECG Rhythm Recognition Test and Safe Medicate Assessment will be completed during orientation.
• Passing scores on both assessments are required.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months of recent Stepdown/PCU RN experience; travel experience accepted.
• Minimum 12 months of combined permanent RN experience in the specialty.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• One recent Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director reference from a PCU/Stepdowm assignment worked within the past 12 months.
• Willingness to float to similar patient-care units as required.
• Must be comfortable working rotating day/night shifts.
