Location: Brockton, MA
Schedule:** 12-Hour Nights | 36 hrs/week
Shift:** PM | E/O Weekend | E/O Holiday

Position Summary:
Join the **38-bed multi-specialty ICU** at Boston Medical Center – South, providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care in a collaborative environment.

Requirements**

* 2+ years of RN ICU experience
* MA RN License
* BLS & ACLS
* Telemetry experience required
* Must independently read/interpret telemetry strips
* Telemetry test on Day 1
* Diploma, ASN, or BSN
* Strong communication and computer skills

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Monitor and interpret telemetry
* Coordinate care with the healthcare team
* Document patient care accurately
* Educate patients and families
* Support quality improvement initiatives
