Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Shift: Night Shift | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday
Patient Population: Critical Care / ICU

Compensation for 36 hours
Weekly Gross Pay: $3143/week
Taxable Pay: $1009/week ($28/hour)
Housing & Meal Stipend: $2135/week
Blended Rate: $87.31/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 38-bed, multi-specialty Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Brockton, Massachusetts.
The selected nurses will provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care to critically ill patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, clinical interventions, continuous cardiac monitoring, patient and family education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience and the ability to independently interpret telemetry rhythm strips. A telemetry assessment will be administered on the first day.
Position Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an ICU setting
• Current ICU nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and electronic patient record management skills
• Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Physical ability to meet the demands of ICU nursing responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous experience in a multi-specialty ICU
• Experience with critical care monitoring and complex patient management
• Experience participating in quality improvement initiatives
Patient Population & Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess patient conditions and identify nursing care needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Perform appropriate nursing interventions and monitor patient responses
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Enter, review, and interpret computerized clinical data
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment plans
• Follow established nursing policies, clinical guidelines, and safety protocols
• Support nursing leadership with quality improvement projects as needed
Required Certifications & Licensure
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Additional Assessment: Telemetry test required on Day 1.
