Hours: 36 Hours/Week – 3×12s
Shift: Nights
Shift Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
Holiday: Every Other Holiday
Compensation,
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,287
Blended Pay Rate: $91.3/hour
Taxable Pay: $32.00/hour ($1,152/week)
Housing & Meals Stipend: $2,135 weekly
Position Highlights:
Inpatient Respiratory Therapy
Level I/II Trauma experience
Adult Critical Care and Level III NICU experience
High-acuity patient population
Participation in Code Blue response
Experience with advanced ventilator management
Required Experience:
3+ years of recent experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma facility
Level III NICU experience required
Adult Critical Care experience required
Experience with lung-protective ventilation
Able to make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results
Experience participating in Code Blue teams
Required Certifications & Licensure:
RRT Certification
NRP
BLS
Active Massachusetts Respiratory Care License
Preferred: NPS and/or ACCS
