Description

Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Telemetry
Location: Boston, MA

Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire

Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 3×12-hour shifts
Shift: Nights
Weekend/Holiday: Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday

Compensation,
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,963
Blended Pay Rate: $82.3/hour
Taxable Pay: $23.00/hour ($828/week)
Housing & Meals Stipend: $2,135 weekly

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care nursing experience
• Recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
• Strong IV and phlebotomy skills
• Comfortable interpreting telemetry rhythms
• Must achieve 85% or higher on the Telemetry Test on Day 1
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS certification required
• Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5 years of nursing experience
• EPIC experience
• Previous preceptor experience
