Description

Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – GI/COVID Unit – 13-Week Assignment
Cumming, Georgia Area
Assignment Dates: Mid-July

Assignment Details
13-week travel contract
36 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Travelers only – no local candidates within 50 miles

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Current AHA BLS certification required
Current NIHSS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Active RN license required

Ideal Candidate
Strong experience caring for acute care Medical-Surgical patients
Experience with gastrointestinal, COVID, telemetry, and adult/geriatric patient populations preferred
Excellent assessment, patient care, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
Experience with Accudose, Cerner, and SBAR preferred
Reliable and adaptable professional committed to quality patient care and safety
