Direct Hire
Full-time position
40 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: Varied
Long-term opportunity (36-month position)

Compensation
Salary Range: $44.10–$61.53 per hour
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current RN license required
Current AHA BLS certification required
Previous Operating Room leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong perioperative nursing experience required

Ideal Candidate
Experienced Operating Room RN with leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and surgical workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to coordinate daily OR operations, staffing, and patient flow
Committed to quality improvement, patient safety, and exceptional surgical outcomes
Collaborative leader with strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
