Lila Medlink is seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathology Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a leading hospital in White Plains, NY. This leadership role is ideal for an accomplished laboratory professional who is passionate about operational excellence, quality, and patient care.

Department: Anatomic Pathology Laboratory
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rotating weekends and holidays required

Compensation
Annual Salary: $111,376.98 – $167,066.06
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory.
Lead and support laboratory personnel while promoting quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure accurate workflow management and operational excellence across the department.
Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and hospital leadership to maintain exceptional laboratory services.
Monitor quality assurance initiatives and maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or a related science
Minimum 6 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience
Current New York State License as one of the following:
Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Cytotechnologist
Histotechnologist
Pathologists' Assistant
ASCP Certification preferred
Previous laboratory leadership or management experience is highly desirable
