NOW HIRING – Assistant Laboratory Supervisor

Full-Time | Direct Hire
White Plains, New York

Lila Medlink is seeking an experienced Assistant Laboratory Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a leading hospital in White Plains, NY. This leadership role is ideal for an accomplished laboratory professional who is ready to oversee nightly operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient care.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: White Plains, NY
Department: Laboratory
Shift: Nights
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Compensation
Annual Salary: $114,328.50 – $147,088.50

Responsibilities
Assist in supervising the daily operations of the clinical laboratory during the night shift.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to laboratory staff.
Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to laboratory standards.
Monitor workflow and maintain efficient laboratory operations.
Collaborate with physicians, pathologists, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or a related science.
Minimum 4 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience.
Current New York State License or license eligibility required.
ASCP or NCA Certification preferred.
Flu vaccination required (no exemptions).
