DIRECT HIRE | RN Float Pool – Med/Surg
Alton, Illinois

Join a hospital-based Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse providing care across Medical/Surgical units. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule and premium shift differentials.

Position Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
Department: Medical/Surgical
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: Mid-July 2026
Hours: 36 hours per week

Schedule
Three 12-hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Work 11 out of every 12 weekends
Two major holidays per year

Additional Compensation
Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour
Weekend Program Premium: Earn 40% above your base hourly rate for working the weekend program

Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
Ability to work in a float pool environment
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
