Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Occupational Therapist work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Current CA OT License, BLS, Drivers License, Auto ins, Auto Reg, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical
