Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for AK or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, Licensed by the State of Alaska, Basic Life Support certification
- Equipment/Procedures: Outpatient, Adult and Peds, Speech-Language Pathology services
