Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a W2 Contract position available with our client in Tuba City, AZ for an opportunity as an Allied Health Physical Therapist.
- Location: Tuba City, AZ

- Shift: Days
Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Must have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
- Equipment/Procedures: provision of physical therapy evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients, provision of specialty services such as wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic
- Experience: 3 years
