Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a 1099 Contract position available with our client in Zanesville, OH for an opportunity as a Pharmacist.
- Location: Zanesville, OH

- Shift: Variable
Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy License for OH or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: active Ohio Pharmacist license
- Equipment/Procedures: Epic Willow Inpatient, pharmacokinetic dosing, warfarin management
- Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
- Experience: 1 year
