• Allied Health License for MT or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting

• Certifications: Licensed to practice in the state of Montana
• Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 250 miles
