Job Description
Step into an autonomous clinical role as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Elk City, OK, providing high-quality care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages. In this 13-week assignment, your daily workflow includes continuous maternal and fetal monitoring, assisting physicians with deliveries and emergency C-sections, and providing immediate newborn care and resuscitation. Requirements
Recent clinical experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D / OB) with comfort working autonomously as the primary RN on shift

Active Oklahoma (OK) RN License or Compact/Multi-State License in good standing

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications

Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on unit scheduling needs

Essential clinical competencies in antepartum/intrapartum/postpartum care, continuous fetal and maternal strip interpretation, epidural placement support, emergency C-section assistance, and immediate newborn resuscitation

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification

Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Previous travel nursing contract experience in a community hospital or small OB unit setting

Level 1 Job ID #19263. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
