Requirements
3 to 5 years of recent clinical Operating Room (OR) experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment
Active Kansas (KS) State RN License or Multistate Compact RN License at time of submission
Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS certifications at time of submission
Flexibility to support specialty clinics (podiatry, general surgery, pain management) and Labor & Delivery C-sections
Proven competency in surgical scheduling, staff coordination, OSHA/AORN regulatory compliance, and inventory management

Preferred Qualifications
Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or OR management experience
Central Sterile Processing experience and familiar knowledge of surgical instrument care
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience utilizing CPSI / Evident EMR and PeriGen software systems
