MRI Technician - Wichita, KS

Job Description

In this role, you will work within a specialized unit (Magnetic Resonance Imaging 002) to produce high-quality diagnostic scans, prepare and position patients safely, and manage smooth clinical workflows. Requirements
1-2 years of recent clinical experience as an MRI Technologist in a diagnostic imaging setting

Active ARRT (MR) Certification or equivalent Kansas State Licensing

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Flexibility to manage daily patient workflows across specialized MRI unit 35200

Essential Day 1 clinical competencies in operating MRI machinery, screening patients for ferromagnetic hazards, and administering contrast media safely

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contrast media administration under direct physician supervision

Proficiency with hospital EMR systems and PACS diagnostic imaging networks

Previous travel contract experience in a high-volume diagnostic imaging department

Level 1 Job ID #ASC-45827. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
