Qualifications
· Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
· Skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with ADLs and work with team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
· Follow infection control and center policies
· Measure and record the following; height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and BP as instructed
· Promptly report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor as soon as practical.
