Description
Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. from an accredited pharmacy program.
Active Texas Pharmacist License – MUST HAVE.
2+ years clinical pharmacy experience.
Experience in non-dispensing pharmacy, prescription transfers, medication-related patient issues, clinical escalations, and clinic/provider communication.
Strong clinical, communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
Comfortable working for prolonged periods at a computer/desk while maintaining patient privacy and safety.
