• Shift: 4x8-hour evening shifts, Monday–Thursday from 3:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; 32 hours per week
• Weekends: None
• On Call: None
• Holiday Requirements: Must work holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled day
• Facility: 60-bed Level IV Trauma Center and Stroke-Ready Facility
• Department Details: 2 CT scanners positioned back-to-back with a shared control room
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute-care CT experience
• Required Certifications/Licenses: BLS, ARRT(CT), and state radiologic technologist license
• Required Skills: Stroke imaging, brain CT angiography, CT perfusion, and the ability to work independently
• Preferred Skills: IV starts, biopsies, and other CT-guided special procedures
• Patient Population: Primarily adult emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient patients; pediatric cases are uncommon but may include toddlers and, rarely, infants
• Typical Exams: Stroke studies, brain CTAs, CT perfusion, abdomen, extremities, spine, neck, head, pulmonary embolism, and trauma imaging
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 20 scans per technologist per shift
• Preferred Equipment Experience: Canon and Toshiba CT scanners; candidates without this experience may be considered upon manager review
• Documentation Systems: EPIC; experience preferred
• Technology/Equipment: Canon 80-slice and 40-slice CT scanners, McKesson PACS, and Pyxis medication dispensing
