• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Total Hours Per Week: 40 weekly
• Shift Breakdown: 5x8 hrs
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Required Skills: Experience with nephrostomy tubes, port placements, biopsies, angiograms with interventions, PE thrombectomies, embolizations, kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, paracentesis, thoracentesis; moderate sedation and circulating experience for RNs
• Required Certifications/Licenses:
• RN: BLS and ACLS Required
• Tech: BLS, ARRT, and Wisconsin State License Required at time of application
• On-Call Requirements: Required. Every 3 weeks for one week at a time, Monday 5:00 PM through the following Monday 7:00 AM; 45-minute response time
• Weekend Rotation: Yes, as part of on-call coverage
• Holiday Requirements: Yes, as needed
• Floating Requirements: No routine floating; may assist with CT procedures but will not operate CT equipment
• Facility Information: 100-bed Level IV Trauma and Stroke Center located in Cudahy, WI

• Patient Population: Older adult community hospital population; average 5–8 patients per day
• Technology/Equipment: Epic Radiant preferred, Alaris pumps, Pyxis, McKesson PACS, GE Fluoro equipment
