Description
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Neuro Tele RN for a 13-week assignment with a reputable healthcare system in Lubbock, TX.
Job Details
* Weekly Pay: Up to $2,201/week*
* Start Date: 09/08/2026
* Duration: 13 weeks
* Shift: Nights, 3x12
* Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* Hours: 36 hours/week
* Setting: Neuro Tele / MS-Tele
* Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:4; weekends may be 1:5
* Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
* Float: Required
* Call: None
* First-time travelers accepted
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of RN experience
* MS/Tele and telemetry experience
* BLS required
* Compact/Texas RN license must be in hand at submission
* Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
* Rapid Response/Code Team experience
* Peripheral line care
* Oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management
* Neuro Stepdown experience preferred
* Experience with stroke/CVA, seizures, intracranial bleeds, craniotomy and other neurological/neurosurgical patients preferred
About the Assignment
Join a fast-paced Neuro Tele unit within a Level II Trauma hospital caring for patients with complex neurological and medical needs.
The unit treats patients with TIA/stroke, trauma, epilepsy, subdural hematomas and neurosurgical conditions, including patients recovering from procedures such as ACDF, TLIF, XLIF and craniotomy. The unit also includes designated Epilepsy Monitoring beds with continuous EEG monitoring.
The RN will work closely with nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and other interdisciplinary team members to support safe patient outcomes.
