Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,761/week

Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse with orthopedic experience for a travel assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Assignment Details

Specialty: MS/Tele – Orthopedics
Location: Winston Salem, NC
Schedule: Night, 4×12-hour shifts
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Hours: 48 hours/week
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Duration: 20 weeks
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,761/week
Patient Ratio: 1:6–7
Block scheduling available
Every other weekend
Floating required
Travel experience required
Requirements
2 years of inpatient acute-care experience — hard stop
Orthopedic experience required; candidates with less than 1 year of ortho experience may be screened
BLS and NIHSS required
Epic required
MS/Tele experience
Orthopedics and ortho trauma experience
Total joint replacement experience
Hip and trauma hip experience
Neuro-spine/post-surgical patient experience
Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Blood product administration
Central and peripheral line management
PCA/pain-management experience
ACLS preferred
Unit Overview

This is a fast-paced orthopedic, neuro-spine, Med-Surg and post-surgical unit. Nurses should be comfortable caring for orthopedic and spine patients with significant post-operative pain-management needs.

The 27-bed unit serves adult patients and maintains approximately 1:6–7 nurse-to-patient ratios.
