Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general direction of the Chief NurseOfficerand the direct supervision of the Director, and in accordance with the nursing practice standards of care and practice established by the Nursing Organization and by the specific unit/department in accordance with the rules, and regulations and/or standards established by theNew HampshireState Board on Nursing, the Joint Commission, and appropriate specialty organizations relevant to the patient population.Provides care directly to patients and in collaboration with other health care team members.The Rapid Response Registered Nursemaintainscompetencyand skill with technical proceduresasdefined by nursingspecialty organization,complies withall regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies and is currently licensed in the state ofNew Hampshireas a registered nurse.Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expected standards of care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety and age-appropriate considerations of patients.
Education:
Graduate of an accreditedschool of nursing preferred
BSN strongly preferred
Specialty certification strongly preferred.
Experience:
Critical careexperienceminimum 3years with strong clinical nursing skills
Demonstrated strongpresentingskills
Flexible, team player
Ability to multitask
Licensure/Certification:
Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
