Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused team in the Lansing, Michigan area. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating a diverse orthopedic caseload and helping patients return to work, sports, recreation, and everyday activities.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized plans of care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, restoring function, and achieving long-term patient goals.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Treat a diverse caseload including post-operative, sports-related, work-related, and general orthopedic conditions
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term management
Track patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and other members of the care team
Deliver a high-quality patient experience throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications

Current or eligible Michigan Physical Therapist license
Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy are encouraged to apply
