Description
Position: Educational Diagnostician
Location: Denton, TX (76201)
Schedule: Full-Time (2025-26 School Year)
Compensation: Up to $55/hour (W2 position with benefits)
Connected Health Care is looking for a skilled Educational Diagnostician for the upcoming school year in the Denton area. Responsibilities and requirements below!
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations (cognitive, academic, behavioral)

Administer standardized assessments (WISC-V, WJ-IV, KTEA-3)
-
Interpret data for ARD committee meetings
-
Determine eligibility under Texas IDEA categories
-
Develop recommendations for IEPs
-
Collaborate with LSSPs and related service providers
-
Maintain compliance with TEA assessment guidelines
Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Special Education or related field
-
Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification (or in progress)
-
3+ years teaching experience (preferred)
-
Expertise in Texas SPED eligibility criteria
-
Knowledge of dyslexia assessments (preferred)
