School Psychologist – Contract Opportunity near Monroe, MI
Contract Length: 43 Weeks | Weekly Pay: Up to $64/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Highlights:

• 43-week full-time contract

• Competitive weekly compensation up to $64/hr (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development of students

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Provide counseling services to students, families, and school staff

• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies to improve student outcomes

• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

• Active School Psychologist certification in the state of Michigan

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
