Local Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Katy, TX
Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Compensation: Up to $50/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Description

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success

• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Conduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across grade levels

Education & Certification Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
