Compensation: Up to $58/hr based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
-
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
-
Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
-
Serve as a resource to teachers and staff on speech and language development
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
