School Occupational Therapist Opportunity
Location: Federal Way, WA
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $65/hr (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Occupational Therapist to join their team for a 14-week contract. Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in a school-based setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student development.
• Address fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills to enhance academic performance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and achieve therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including IEP goals.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington (required).
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-related documentation (preferred).
