Connected Health Care — a leading recruitment and staffing firm — is seeking an experienced Local Travel Home Health RN for a trusted client partner in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and experience in providing care in patients’ homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and proficient with OASIS documentation. This role offers top-tier weekly pay and the chance to make a real impact within a respected Idaho home health program.Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to the established plan of care
- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations, including OASIS documentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate high-quality patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Manage a travel radius within the Coeur d'Alene local area
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Active Idaho RN license (REQUIRED)
- Previous Home Health nursing experience (REQUIRED)
- OASIS experience (REQUIRED)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment
- Strong clinical assessment, time-management, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program (ADN or BSN accepted)
