Local Travel Home Health/Hospice RN – Boise, ID
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay Up to $2,800 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Local Travel Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse for a top-tier healthcare partner in Boise, Idaho. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful care to patients in their homes while enjoying the benefits of a travel assignment close to home.
Job Description:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in home health and hospice settings
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and pain management
Educate patients and families about disease processes, medications, and end-of-life care
Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Manage a daily caseload and travel locally to patient homes

Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN License in the state of Idaho – required
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) – required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation – required
ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience in home health and/or hospice – required
Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
EMR charting experience preferred
Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
