Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rancho Mirage, CA
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare facility in Rancho Mirage, California to hire a Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting short-term opportunity.
This position is ideal for Physical Therapists seeking competitive compensation while working in a highly desirable Southern California location.
Position Overview

Job Title: Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 per week, based on experience

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Education

Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

Required Certifications and Licensure

Active California Physical Therapist License
BLS Certification

Preferred Experience

Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
