Local Travel Acute Care Registered Nurse – Garberville, CA
Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare facility in Garberville, California to hire a Local Travel Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term assignment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced acute care or emergency nurses seeking competitive pay in a scenic Northern California location.
Position Details

Job Title: Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Garberville, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time
Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,200 per week, based on experience

Acute Care Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an acute care and emergency setting
Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per provider orders
Respond to medical emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Required Education

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Required Certifications and Licensure

Active California Registered Nurse License
BLS Certification
TNCC preferred

Required Experience

Acute Care or Emergency Room nursing experience
