• Education Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS), Hospice and Palliative Care Certification (preferred), Valid CPR certification
• Experience Requirements: No minimum experience required, but previous hospice or home health experience is a plus
• Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts, excellent communication skills, compassionate patient-centered approach
