• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and manage complex drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Dopamine, and Fentanyl.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including charge nurses, phlebotomy, respiratory therapists, and hospitalists, to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.
