Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or active compact license.
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (American Heart Association), NRP, Valid Driver’s License, and current TN or State Nurse License.
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of level III NICU experience required; travel experience preferred.
- Other Requirements: Ability to float between units and facilities, resilience, excellent communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and proficiency in EPIC charting within the last 12 months.

- Provide direct patient care to NICU infants, including assessments, monitoring, and administering ongoing treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient status and interventions using EPIC charting system.
- Float between the NICU, Mom/Baby, and other hospital units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care during staffing fluctuations.
