Position Overview

• Job Title: Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Hilliard, FL
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: Up to $2,550 per week (based on experience)

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and at-home care strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional standards

Education & Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT degree required)
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred 
• Strong communication and patient care skills
