Position Details

• Location: West Bridgewater, MA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,800/week (based on experience)
• Setting: Outpatient / Rehabilitation
• Start Date: ASAP

Job Description – Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment

Education & Certification Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Massachusetts PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience preferred (outpatient experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
