Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification
- Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of ICU experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to read and interpret medical strips, manage ventilators, chest tubes, tracheostomies, and line management; strong bedside nursing skills; proficiency in telemonitoring; comfortable floating to different units such as Cardiac

- Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care to patients with diverse critical conditions, including stroke, COVID, and post-cardiac arrest cases.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, manage ventilators, chest tubes, and lines, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members such as RTs, hospitalists, and ICU educators to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Perform bedside procedures, including blood draws, line management, and proning, while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
- Adapt to unit needs by floating to adjacent units such as the Cardiac unit and take on charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
