Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid nursing license with at least 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele RN experience
- Certifications Requirements: BLS required; ACLS preferred; proficiency in cardiac drips required; certification in med surg is a plus
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele RN experience; previous travel experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to all Med/Surg/Tele units; proficiency in PIV starts, chest tube management, trach care, blood glucose checks, and common drips; must be proficient in cardiac drips; physically able to perform patient care tasks; excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Provide comprehensive Med/Surg/Tele RN care to a diverse patient population, including managing complex cardiac drips, chest tubes, and trach care.
- Assess patient condition regularly, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes using EPIC electronic medical records and Phillips monitors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including CNA, unit secretary, and resource nurses, to ensure quality patient care and safety.
- Float to Baldwin and all Med/Surg/Tele units as needed, maintaining flexibility and coverage across multiple departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, medication administration, and use of hospital equipment while adhering to facility policies and safety protocols.
