- Certifications Requirements: Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed
- Experience Requirements: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
- Other Requirements: Current CPR certification; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills; reliable transportation; adaptability to dynamic schedules
