Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited college or university with a Physical Therapy program
- Certifications Requirements: Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Current CPR certification - Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
Six months of experience in a similar setting is desirable - Other Requirements: Ability to work days shift hours (5-8 hours per day)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to different schedules and environments
