• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification from an accredited program.
• Certifications Requirements: ASCP Certification, BLS
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience as an MLT with Phlebotomy skills.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, flexibility to work every Friday through Sunday, and must be able to secure housing prior to assignment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a hospital setting.
