• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Certifications Requirements: ASCP Certification, BLS certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of generalist MLT experience, including phlebotomy procedures.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (6p-6a), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends as scheduled.
