Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid state-specific nursing license (RN license in Wisconsin)
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, NRP, FHM
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in women's health, labor and delivery, or obstetrics
- Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, flexibility to float to inpatient units, proficiency with EPIC EMR, strong assessment skills in postpartum and newborn care

- Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care to patients in the Women's Health unit.
- Assess patient conditions, perform fetal non-stress tests (NSTs), and monitor patient responses to ensure safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including charge RNs, OB MDs, RRTs, and support staff, to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and procedures within the EPIC EMR system.
- Assist with unit-specific equipment operation, medication dispensing via Pyxis, and provide education to patients and families regarding postpartum and newborn care.
