Local Travel MRI Technologist – Near Palm Springs, CA
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $3,180 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week local travel assignment in beautiful Palm Springs, California. Position Overview
The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and confident working in both hospital and outpatient clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and screening for contraindications prior to imaging
• Operate MRI equipment, including Philips 1.5T and/or 3T systems
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times

Education Requirements

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent degree

Licensure and Certification Requirements

• ARRT (MR) certification or AMRIT certification
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or outpatient clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Philips 1.5T or 3T MRI systems
• Strong proficiency in Neuro, Body, and Musculoskeletal imaging
