Title:  Multi-Modality Imaging Tech
Location:  Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9p-7a
Requirements: 2+ years experience | -ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology. -Current State of WI license as a Radiographer. -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.

Job Summary: -At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment. -Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. -Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. -Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. -Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. -Is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography. -Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: -N/A Preferred Skills & Experience: -One year of current clinical experience in each modality. Required Education: -Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program. Preferred Education: -An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field. Required Certifications & Licensure: -ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer. -Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Density within 18 month of hire/transfer. -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
