Title:  Surgical Technologist

Location:  Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: willing to offer 4 10 hour shifts. or 5x8's

Requirements:  Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist.

High School/GED and one of the following: Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, Completion of a Froedtert Health-sponsored Apprentice II Program, or Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.

Job Summary:

As a member of the healthcare team, collaborates with the surgical team to provide care for patients, ensuring that patient goals are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out. Performs procedures in a variety of specialties requiring advanced knowledge and skills. Demonstrates a higher level of collaboration with peers in making decisions related to surgical patient care. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• High School/GED and one of the following: Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, Completion of a Froedtert Health-sponsored Apprentice II Program, or Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
